1. Add the water and eggs to the mixing bowl.
2. Then add the Cheesecake Powder.
3. Using a balloon whisk, whip on speed 1 for 3 minutes.
4. Scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing bowl and mix on speed 3 for a further 3 minutes.
5. Pour or pipe the mix into a prepared and baked Sweet Pastry Shell.
6. Bake at 150° C for 25 min, then lower the temperature to 120°C and bake for a further 20 min.
7. Cool down in the pan for at least 1 hour.
8. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight. .
