Fridge cheesecake

Fridge Cheesecake Mix (1kg)

Ingredients

To make 1 Cheesecake, you will need:
• 450 g Full Cream Milk
• 250 g GC Instant Cheesecake Powder
• 400 g Golden Cloud Sweet Pastry base
Optional Variation:
Add 150 g Black Cat Peanut butter (Crunchy or Smooth)

Method

1. Add the Full Cream Milk to the mixing bowl.
2. Then add the Instant Cheesecake Powder.
3. Using a balloon whisk, whip on slow for 1 minute.
4. Scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing bowl and mix on fast for a further 2 minutes.
5. Pour or pipe 375 g of the mixture into 2 prepared Sweet Pastry shells.
6. Decorate as desired.
7. Chill until ready to be served. (2 to 4 hours).

1kg of Golden Cloud Cheesecake mix makes 4 Cheesecakes.
