Creme Brulee

Instant Crème Brulée mix (1kg)

Ingredients

To make 1 Crème Brulée mix, you will need:

350 g Full Cream Milk
250 g Golden Cloud Crème Brulée Mix
60 g Sugar

 
Method

1. Add the Full Cream Milk to the mixing bowl.
2. Then add the Crème Brûlée Powder.
3. Using a balloon whisk, whip on slow for 1 minute.
4. Scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing bowl and mix on fast for a further 2 minutes.
5. Pour into 6 ramekins.
6. Chill until ready to be served. (2 to 4 hours)
7. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelise by blasting with a blowtorch for ± 6 - 10 seconds until the sugar melts and turns golden. It will then quickly harden as it cools.
8. Decorate as desired and serve.
