Instant Sweet Pastry mix (1kg)

Ingredients

To make 1 Sweet Pastry, you will need:
• 1 kg GC Sweet Pastry Dough Mix
• 400 g Margarine 70% Fat
• ± 50 g Water

Method

1. Add Sweet Pastry Mix and margarine into a mixing bowl.
2. Mix with a flat beater until well combined. (Will look like crumbs)
3. Add the water and mix with a dough hook until soft dough forms.
4. Use as desired.
5. Keep refrigerated.

Yield: 1 x 1.45 kg Batch
