To make 1 Peppermint Tart, you will need:
● 450 g Full Cream Milk
● 250 g Instant Peppermint Tart Powder
● 80 g Beacon Mint Magic Chocolate (Grated)
● 400g Golden Cloud Sweet Pastry Base
● Beacon Peppermint Tart Chocolate for decoration
1. Add the Full Cream Milk to the mixing bowl.
2. Then add the Instant Peppermint Tart Powder.
3. Using a balloon whisk, whip on slow for 1 minute.
4. Scrape the sides of the mixing bowl and whip on fast for a further 2 minutes.
5. Stir in 80 g (or more if preferred) of the grated Beacon Mint Magic Chocolate.
6. Pour or pipe the mixture in the 2 prepared pastry shells (22cm)
7. Decorate with crumbled Beacon Peppermint Tart Chocolate.
8. Chill until ready to be served. (2 to 4 hours)
9. Keep refrigerated
