Peppermint crisp

Peppermint Tart Mix (1kg)

Ingredients

To make 1 Peppermint Tart, you will need:
450 g Full Cream Milk
250 g Instant Peppermint Tart Powder
80 g Beacon Mint Magic Chocolate (Grated)
400g Golden Cloud Sweet Pastry Base
Beacon Peppermint Tart Chocolate for decoration

Method

1. Add the Full Cream Milk to the mixing bowl.
2. Then add the Instant Peppermint Tart Powder.
3. Using a balloon whisk, whip on slow for 1 minute.
4. Scrape the sides of the mixing bowl and whip on fast for a further 2 minutes.
5. Stir in 80 g (or more if preferred) of the grated Beacon Mint Magic Chocolate.
6. Pour or pipe the mixture in the 2 prepared pastry shells (22cm)
7. Decorate with crumbled Beacon Peppermint Tart Chocolate.
8. Chill until ready to be served. (2 to 4 hours)
9. Keep refrigerated
